only this one lone girl, Inia. Talk to her to learn about the druid.
Then when you are ready, talk to her and Join your new path!
Head into the east portal, and talk to the Druid master, Bisk. He sorta looks like Cail...

He speaks to you about the three Medenia Forms.

Feral Form: Also known as the "Wolf".
This form is Ferocious with powerfull melee attacks. Currently this is the best form to be.

Karura Form: Also known as the "Eagle".
This form is more agile, with distance attack spells and sneak movements.

Komodas Form: Also known as the "Lizard".
This form has powerfull attack skills and also the power to regenerate.

Make sure you pick the form YOU deem fit. You cannot change forms once you have commited to one.
